Liberia Give Hope Launches Phase Two: Healthcare and Education for All

The John M. Kamya Foundation Events Liberia Give Hope Launches Phase Two: Healthcare and Education for All

In April 2025, The John M. Kamya Foundation proudly launched Phase Two of the Liberia Give Hope Project, an ambitious expansion of our humanitarian mission to restore dignity and opportunity to communities across Liberia. Building on the success of Phase One, this new phase broadens our efforts in healthcare, education, and economic empowerment.

Mobile health clinics are now reaching remote communities with vital services such as maternal care, child immunizations, and disease screening. For families who have endured years of conflict and systemic poverty, these services provide a critical safety net. We've also introduced mental health and trauma counseling in partnership with local medical staff, addressing a growing but often overlooked need.

In education, we're awarding scholarships, distributing school supplies, and launching adult literacy programs—ensuring that both children and their parents have a chance at a better life. Additionally, our entrepreneurship training workshops for women and youth are equipping Liberians with the tools to build businesses and become financially independent.

Phase Two is only possible because of our generous donors and committed volunteers. With your continued involvement, we can expand these programs, scale our impact, and continue walking alongside the people of Liberia as they build a more hopeful future.
